Q: Are your prices competetive?

A: Yes our prices are very competetive within the transport industry, but they also reflect the quality of our vehicles, our staff, and our excellent service.

Q: Are you a taxi company?
A: No, we are a public service vehicle operator, registered and licensed by the vehicle operator standards agency, and we only use purpose built mini coaches to PSV standards for your safety and comfort. We provide services for uk corporate travel, group travel mini coach and east midlands airport transfers.

Q: How will i find my driver at the airport?
A: Your driver will be waiting outside arrivals or at the major london airports we will collect you from the designated pick up points outside arrivals hall when called forward by the coach marshall.

Q: Can i have the mobile number of the driver?
A: No, unfortunately we cannot give you this due to privacy. However, you will be given an emergency contact number in case of any problems.

Q: What if we arrive late?
A: We monitor all the arrival times regularly and if you are delayed, your driver will still be there to meet you, however, if you miss your flight altogether, then you must notify us at your earliest convenience so that we can re-arrange your transport.Failure to notify us of a missed flight, will incur extra charges.

Q: Is a deposit required?

A: Yes, a minimum deposit of £25.00 is required to secure a booking over the telephone, however if your travel is within 10 days, the full payment is required before the day of hire. We are approved RBS Merchants, and accept all major credit and debit cards including american express.

Q: How will i/we be charged for our journey?

A:  We charge you from your pick up address to your destination address (and back again if it is a return journey), at a set rate per mile.

Q: If i cancel, will i be entitled to a refund?

A: Yes, as long as your period of notice is within our terms and conditions, but you are strongly advised to take out a suitable travel insurance policy to cover you and your party against losses.
